Buying that new baby a special gift is so much fun and we at Kay's Kreations strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant and satisfactory as possible! Order Processing
Due to the handmade nature of our most of products, order processing can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 4-7 business days. We do our very best to process your order timely. However,  you are ultimately responsible for allowing sufficient time for timely delivery.

Calculating Delivery Date
To calculate the approximate delivery date of your order, add the order processing time and 4 - 7 days transit time (based on your location). We DO NOT ship on Weekends and Holidays. 

Rush Orders
It's always best to e-mail us if you need your order in a hurry. There is no extra charge for rush service but be prepared to pay for express delivery charges to assure timely delivery.

Freight Carriers and Delivery Charges
* Standard delivery is usually via USPS Priority Mail. Some items may ship via UPS Ground. 
* Delivery to APO/FPO addresses are "At Your Own Risk" since USPS does not provide tracking or insurance services.

* Delivery charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and outlined below. Charges are based on your merchandise total. 
 
Standard Delivery (4-7 business days)
$0.01 - $10.00 = $5.95
$10.01 - $29.99 = $7.95
$30.00 - $44.99 = $8.95
$45.00 - $59.99 = $10.95
$60.00 - $79.99 = $11.95
$80.00 - $99.99 = $12.95
$100.00 - $149.99 = $14.95
$150.00 - $199.99 = $19.95
$200.00 - $249.99 = $22.95
$250.00 - $299.99 = $26.95
$300.00 and above = 12% of merchandise total.

Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
Add $24.95 to the Standard Delivery charges outlined above.

Please Note:
When your order needs to be packaged in multiple boxes, is unusually heavy or oversized, shipping and handling charges may be more. We will e-mail you if shipping costs are more. 

Payment Options/Credit Card Authorization
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit Cards: You agree and authorize Kay's Kreations to charge your credit card for the initial order total as calculated by our shopping cart plus any other charges such as cancellation, return to sender and/or re-stocking fees if applicable (as outlined below). We will notify you via e-mail in the event other charges apply.  

Returns
We stand behind our products and aim to keep our customers satisfied. However, because so many of our products are handmade, hand finished, personalized and/or made to order, returns are only accepted in the event products were damaged during shipping, are defective or we filled your order incorrectly. 
You must contact us immediately to report any damage, defect or order errors. Items cannot be returned without first receiving a Return Authorization number from us.  


Damage During Shipping
If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please call us right away to report the damage. Please keep all packaging material for possible carrier inspection. 
Although we are not responsible nor liable for damaged caused during shipping we will file a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. 
If you want your order replaced, you will need to pay for the replacement order. Once the claim has been settled we will issue a refund to you. 

Order Errors
Please contact us immediately to report any errors (within 24 hours of order receipt). Error correction is limited to replacement or refund of the incorrect items only (not your entire order). Personalized items are not refundable for an incorrect spelling. Please make sure that you enter the correct spelling when ordering.

Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled. If at any time we allow an exception, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Return to Sender
Any fees in connection with a delivery address correction and/or return due to an incorrect delivery address will be charged to your credit card.
If you want your order re-delivered to a new (or corrected) address, delivery charges apply again. If you don't want your order re-delivered, a 25% returned order/restocking fee will be charged to your credit card.
